This is a unique residential opportunity working a Monday to Friday, 5:2 roster, giving you your weekends free to enjoy everything this remarkable region has to offer.As part of Sodexo's Accommodation Services team, you'll play a critical role managing a residential property portfolio, supporting tenants, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of our client.About the RoleYou will be the subject matter expert responsible for delivering effective and compliant property management services across a residential housing portfolio.You will oversee tenancy management, property compliance, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring exceptional service delivery for both tenants and clients while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage housing applications, assessments, approvals, and tenancy reviewsPrepare, execute, and administer tenancy agreements and related documentationCoordinate leasing activities, including ingoing, vacating, and tenancy transfer processesConduct Property Condition Reports (PCRs), routine inspections, pre-vacate inspections, and final bond inspectionsManage property maintenance requests and coordinate timely rectification worksEnsure compliance with tenancy legislation, safety requirements, and building regulationsAdminister bonds, tenant damage recovery processes, and tenancy-related reportingMaintain key registers and ensure legislative compliance with key management proceduresProcess home improvement requests and property modificationsMediate tenancy disputes and facilitate resolutions in accordance with legislative requirementsBuild and maintain positive relationships with tenants, clients, contractors, and key stakeholdersMaintain accurate property records and prepare client reporting as requiredEnsure all property management activities are undertaken in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirementsTo Be Successful in This Role, You Will HaveDemonstrated experience in end-to-end residential property managementStrong knowledge of tenancy legislation and property management best practicesExperience managing tenancy agreements, inspections, maintenance, and compliance activitiesExcellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing prioritiesProven experience preparing reports and maintaining accurate recordsOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skillsA customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high service standardsStrong problem-solving abilities and confidence managing tenancy-related mattersThe ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environmentIntermediate Microsoft Office skills and experience with property management systemsQualifications & LicencesCertificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate Practice) or equivalentCurrent Real Estate Registration Certificate (or ability to obtain)Current Driver's LicenceOngoing commitment to legislative compliance and professional development requirementsWhy Join Sodexo?At Sodexo, we're committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace where our people can thrive.
